Duties:
– Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
– Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately.
– Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care.
– Perform esthetic laser treatments and administer dermal fillers as needed.
– Utilize sonography techniques for diagnostic purposes.
– Provide specialized care for toddlers, including monitoring growth and development milestones.
– Offer dementia care services, including memory support and behavioral management.
– Perform gastric lavage procedures when necessary.
– Work in an ambulatory surgery center, assisting with pre-operative and post-operative care.
– Provide health coaching to patients, promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
– Offer family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and education.
Skills:
– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of current healthcare practices and procedures.
– Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
